This question may have been asked before I hope someone can point me in the right direction on how it is done. Also how do print all the information on the top of this drawing on the PDF.
Very simple, select print and choose your PDF printer or the default windows PDF printer.

Is there supposed to be a photo or pdf attached?
Gemcad will only print what is in the GemCad file i.e the Diagram Views, Design name, author and all the data for L/W, RI, P/W etc.
If you are asking how headers at the top of the page like in Competition Schedules are printed? GemCad won't do that. You have to set that up in a Word Document and copy & paste the GemCad views & Instruction over onto the Word doc.
