Have been using the Optivisor with the number 5 lens and glasses for 10 plus years with no problem at all, I fit it with a head band made for welding helmets to keep it comfortable.

Use both it and a 10x loupe with my standard glasses no problem.  Both definitely don’t work with reading glasses for me.
